Sjögren’s syndrome is a systemic autoimmune diseasecaused by lymphocytic infiltration of exocrine glandscausing sicca syndrome. It can affect extra-glandular organssuch as the lungs which can result in diffuse interstitiallung disease, a well-known form of lung involvement.In pediatric patients, Sjögren’s syndrome is less commonthat in adult patients and often associates more heterogeneouspresentations.
